We have two Rösler shot blasting machines at our site, which are used to clean metal surfaces efficiently and precisely. Steel shot is used as a blasting material, which removes impurities and optimally prepares the workpieces, ensuring a metallic finish. Shot blasting technology not only creates the desired surface roughness, but also reduces the internal tension of the material, which contributes to a longer service life and a higher quality coating.

Workpieces are thoroughly inspected at the end of the cleaning process to ensure a metallic finish (degree of cleanliness) and, if necessary, the desired surface roughness.

Our company uses steel shot to remove dirt from parts to achieve a metallic clean surface. This allows us to create a much higher quality coating system on the surface of the workpieces during painting.

Among the technologies, we use our logistics system to ensure fast material handling and temporary storage so that the workpieces are ready on time and delivered to the right location.
