Our company uses the most modern technologies and automated solutions in the field of metalworking. Our CNC machine park and robot cells enable us to perform metalworking tasks for our partners at a high level, precisely and with short deadlines. We are able to serve even larger series, thanks to our 28-workstation machining plant, where we work with outstanding precision.

Automated metalworking with robotic support is also available at our company, where 5 YASKAWA industrial robots perform automated machining at 4 workstations. This ensures a fast, accurate and efficient production process, especially for larger series.

Our manufacturing processes are supported by state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software, which ensures the exact life cycle of the parts from the request for a quote to the delivery of the finished product. We use the most advanced measuring tools in our quality control processes.

In our laboratory, among other things:

• COORD3 ARES
• COORD3 BENCHMARK CMMs
• VICIVISION optical measuring machines ensure that high quality is maintained, even for complex parts that require high precision.

Our logistics system also supports efficient operation, which is ensured by our warehouse with a storage capacity of 3000 packaging units and modern LINDE electric forklifts.
